"I attended Claire’s very first class for beginners and I can honestly say she was a natural from the start. Claire is a positive and confident teacher and engages with all individuals in the class, putting everyone at ease. Her classes have all been well planned and thought out. The classes are just the right pace and she is very clear when teaching us the exercises, making sure we are happy with one level before moving on to the next."
She always clarifies if we don’t understand. Whilst she encourages individuals to feel challenged, she is very understanding if people have health issues and adjusts the level and pace of exercises to suit individual needs. This is perfect for me as someone with a few ailments! Claire has loads of energy and her own enthusiasm and belief in pilates really made me want to continually learn and improve. I would thoroughly recommend Claire’s pilates class.
