We are all aware of the benefits of Yoga that come with a regular practice: Improved flexibility, mobility, strength and vitality, but the surprise that begins to reveal itself is that Yoga is a very personal experience. It goes deep. As we commit to our individual practise, we discover that what emerges are unexpected qualities: A calmer mind. A sense of peacefulness. More spaciousness in our outlook. Regular practise gives us the space to think. To work things out. To take more care of ourselves and ultimately, to take more care of those we love.
Due to Covid-19 the Yoga classes have yet to resume at Insole Court. Come the Spring I will reassess and any changes will be published here.
